Randy James, owner/broker Enterprise Realty, LLC, is an active member in his Church, The Maryville Host Lions Club, and Maryville Chamber of Commerce. Randy assisted his father with the family purebred swine and cattle operation, row crop, hay pasture for numerous years. Randy was the owner and marketing manager for a family owned business, which dealt with annual purebred livestock sales. Randy has been employed with Standard Nutrition Livestock Consulting Team, which is currently located in Omaha, NE. Randy now dedicates his business life to Enterprise Realty LLC. He currently resides in Maryville, Missouri along with his wife Sonya and two children. While away from work, Randy enjoys outdoor activities and almost every sport. He enjoys daily competition.
Terry Oglesby was born and raised in Maryville, Missouri and is well known throughout Northwest Missouri as a basketball official. He has been in business for himself for the past 16 years as a builder and a general contractor. Oglesby has built and sold several houses on his own. "I was kind of doing this already on my own and just decided that I wanted to make it my full-time job," he informed. Terry will be focusing primarily on the residential segment and plans to use his construction background and structural knowledge to help people find the right house. Oglesby and his wife Jacque have four children, Tyler, Trey, Taybrin, and Tate. Terry plans to continue pursuing his contracting and officiating careers. Over the past 16 years he has worked his way from junior high basketball games all the way to Big-12 contests. Jim Loucks has lived in the Mound City area his entire life. Jim and his wife, Tami, live on a farm near Mound City with their two children, Jenna and Jamison. They are members of the Christian Fellowship Church of Mound City. He is presently a member of the Mound City R-II School Board where he has served 12 years. Jim has also served on the Holt County Soil and Water Conservation District Board. He and his father have owned and operated a sizable corn, soybean and cattle operation. Raylene Kerwin was born and raised in Ravenwood, Missouri. She attended Gard’s Business College and after graduation pursued a career in the business field. She has been employed for the last 20 years at the Stanberry R-II School District as their accountant. Raylene’s husband, Gary has farmed in the Ravenwood area for the last 40 years. They have two children, Tasha, a hair stylist, working in Kansas City at "The Salon" and Trent, a diesel mechanic, working for Kenworth Diesel. One grand daughter occupies a great deal of their time. Raylene enjoys working with people and her heart will always be in rural Missouri. She currently resides with her husband east of Ravenwood, Missouri on a farm. Raylene enjoys country music, flea markets, basketball games, and the Chiefs.
Phil Schreck moved to Maryville in1974, where he attended St Gregory's grade school, Maryville High school and graduated from NWMSU in 1986. He has been involved in the automobile business for over 12 years and is excited about getting involved with Real Estate. Phil and his wife Amy have three children Lindsay, Emily and Blake. He and his family are members of St. Gregory's Catholic Church and he is a member of the Knights of Columbus. In his free time he enjoys hunting and playing golf. Benny Farrell is a Fifth generation farmer with his two sons and his wife Nancy in Nodaway County. He also has a daughter Gretchen in Kansas City. He is a life long member of the Wilcox Methodist Church.
